PLACING YOUR ORDER:
When you order if you want multiple colors please send me a layout or I can help you design one. I NEED your color choices ASAP to avoid your order being extended. The color choices are on the 2nd picture. (There is a video so it will be the 3rd item in photos because of the video)
COLOR CHOICES:
Color choices are listed by number in the first 2 photos. Currently I have 137 different rustic wood colors but if you want a different Background image let me know. Can also do a fresh cut wood look, with or without knots and sap lines.
Can do your choice of any color on the letters and point values.
Great choice if you want a fully custom design that fits your home decor perfectly. choose as many colors as you like.
SHIPPING TIME:
Shipping, 24 - 48 hours after you order or faster depending on the amount of orders I have. This means the carrier will receive the package.
Delivery times very by location.
Upon receipt of your order, please open the package and inspect the contents right away. If there are any issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
ALUMINUM PHOTO TILE SIZE:
Sizes available are: 2 1/2”, 3”, 3 1/2” 4”, 5”. Aluminum Scrabble wall tiles.
PRICE AND HOW TO ORDER:
Price is per tile. If you are spelling Family you would buy 6 tiles. In personalization list the letters you need, for instance A-1 F-1 and so on. (The 1 equals the amount of tiles you need not the point value. If you need 5 letter A’s then put A-5) Only list the letters that you need. DO NOT INCLUDE THE SHARED/INTERSECTING LETTERS.
When you place your order the first option is tile size then option 2 is quantity. If you see a option 3 leave it on 1, it will multiply your order. If you need more that 50 tiles then option 3 is where you will accomplish that?

PHOTO PRINTS:
Do you need family photo prints to go along with your tiles? I can design custom design photos into collages or make photo effects including words to enhance the photo. I use a 10 ink Fine art printer that prints with archival pigment ink and i have many different photo papers including canvas. Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of these items, purchases are considered custom orders as they are handmade specifically for you.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges that will apply to your order. Please see Returns and Exchanges for Details, to avoid any issues PLEASE ask questions, measure your space to make sure they will fit and be sure of color upon ordering.
All sales ARE considered Final. If there is an issue with an item you purchased, let me know and I will always try and help, but due to the time and cost of these including shipping I cannot return/exchange due to buyers remorse.
Cancellation requests will be processed on a case by case basis and approved if multiple purchases were made accidentally.
Returns
No Refunds or Returns will apply to Orders. Please be advised I will need any change requests made within 24 hours of verification email being sent otherwise it may get picked up by USPS.

Shipping and Delivery
I cannot guarantee delivery dates. I can only guarantee your items will be shipped by the date/times stated within each individual listing. Delivery is out of my hands and there will be no refunds for late deliveries based on USPS delivery times.
Shipping Note:
In the event an item is agreed to be returned, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned and received in original packaging, original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Refunds WILL NOT be issued until the item has been fully received and inspected.
Sizing details
All items/products are measured in inches. Custom sizing can be discussed and determined if available. Please message me with any questions you may have.

What if I have an old mailing address on file?
While we understand people move, we also know it is easy to look over a previous address when confirming your order. Etsy does show the address multiple times. If you notice the address is wrong edit it during checkout, if you notice the error after please contact me.
While we try to diligently notate all orders with the messages that are received sometimes it is quite difficult to ensure they are always re-verified when shipping labels are printed since they are done in batches.
If you receive notice the item has shipped and it is an order you notified us about, please verify the address it is shipping to, if it is incorrect still on the label notify us immediately to get it changed before the item is picked up.
