Custom and personalized orders

Due to the nature of these items, purchases are considered custom orders as they are handmade specifically for you.

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges that will apply to your order. Please see Returns and Exchanges for Details, to avoid any issues PLEASE ask questions, measure your space to make sure they will fit and be sure of color upon ordering.

All sales ARE considered Final. If there is an issue with an item you purchased, let me know and I will always try and help, but due to the time and cost of these including shipping I cannot return/exchange due to buyers remorse.

Cancellation requests will be processed on a case by case basis and approved if multiple purchases were made accidentally.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations: will need to be requested within 24 hours for wood and 2 hours for sublimation if multiple purchases were made. Please understand that by running an Etsy shop we are subject to self-employment/small business taxes and each transaction incurs fees on our end and accounting efforts. Due to the cost to produce, run, and manage our products and shop we do decline cancellations unless the request is due to an error in multiple orders processing.

Remember to contact us if you have accidentally processed more than one transaction. This rarely happens, but we understand sometimes computers have issues. Afterwards, I will not be able to cancel your order due to the nature and time which is scheduled to produce these.

Returns

No Refunds or Returns will apply to Orders. Please be advised I will need any change requests made within 24 hours of verification email being sent otherwise it may get picked up by USPS.

All Sales are considered FINAL! If there is an issue with an item you have purchased please let me know, we are always willing to fix any errors on our part. know, we are always willing to fix any errors on our part.

I just want you to love them, but unfortunately, I cannot refund and return based on buyers remorse, due to the item cost &S/H. In rare case where returns are agreed, return must ship within 3 business days of receiving.

Shipping and Delivery

During Covid-19 I cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery is out of my hands and there will be no refunds for late deliveries based on USPS delivery times.

Shipping Note:

In the event an item is agreed to be returned, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned and received in original packaging, original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Refunds WILL NOT be issued until the item has been fully received and inspected.

A 15% fee can be incurred for restocking fee and original shipping to buyer not refunded if not returned in original condition. NO S&H on returns will be paid for or reimbursed by shop, we will replace at 0 cost.

Sizing details

Scrabble tiles come in 8 different sizes: 2.5”, 3”, 3.5”, 4”, 5”, 5.5”, 7”, and 10”. Custom sizing can be discussed and determined if available. Please message me with any questions you may have.

Lettering is carved and to properly accent the tile, letters are not the dimensions listed above.

All other sizes should be specific and listed on each individual listing.

Layout design

If you dont know what to do for a layout message me with names BEFORE YOU ORDER and I will create various options to choose from.

Some letters will be used twice, so it will affect how many tiles you need to order.

If you already have your layout design, feel free to just buy the tiles you want.

Where do I list my letters for my scrabble tile order?

Please see the descriptions for exact details. All orders needing additional information such as letters or personalized requests need to be put in the note to seller at checkout. This is the ONLY way we can guarantee that we see your notes.

We are not responsible for customers who check out as guests and later message us through an Etsy account. We have hundreds of messages in our system and it is near impossible to read through all of them to verify information that doesn't directly link with our customer or their order. While we try to update all information that is messaged to us, there are always glitches in technology and unforeseen reasons we can't find a previous message etc, so PLEASE attach your information to the order.

How do I select my stain colors?

If you are wanting to do a multicolored layout, please message me after you place your order to discuss stain colors. Due to the large number of stain color options and the availability to custom select your stain colors, I am unable to have a drop down menu for stain color selection.

I WILL NEED a photo of how you plan to hang your names if you want a multicolored layout. This ensures that you will not have two tiles of the same stain color side-by-side. It is very important you get this to me ASAP or your order WILL be delayed.

What if I have an old mailing address on file?

While we understand people move, we also know it is easy to look over a previous address when confirming your order. Etsy does show the address multiple times. If you notice the address is wrong edit it during checkout, if you notice the error after please contact me.

While we try to diligently notate all orders with the messages that are received sometime it is quiet difficult to ensure they are always re-verified when shipping labels are printed since they are done in batches.

If you receive notice the item has shipped and it is an order you notified us about please verify the address it is shipping to, if it is incorrect still on the label notify us immediately to get it changed before the item is picked up.

What additional informtaion should I know before ordering?

I make all of my products, so there may be some small imperfections in them, although I do strive to make them as perfect as possible. Please be aware that routed letters and numbers may have imperfections.

No piece of wood is identical and grains may differ. Some, if not most, boards have knots and/or sap lines, which add to the rustic look. If you do not want any knots on your tiles, please special request this before you order for an additional fee.

My stain colors may vary slightly from my sample tiles. Every piece of wood takes the stain differently. Sometimes the stains are darker and sometimes they are lighter in color depending on the wood. All colors are semi transparent stains and you will still be able to see the wood grains.
