Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of these items, purchases are considered custom orders as they are handmade specifically for you.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges that will apply to your order. Please see Returns and Exchanges for Details, to avoid any issues PLEASE ask questions, measure your space to make sure they will fit and be sure of color upon ordering.
All sales ARE considered Final. If there is an issue with an item you purchased, let me know and I will always try and help, but due to the time and cost of these including shipping I cannot return/exchange due to buyers remorse.
Cancellation requests will be processed on a case by case basis and approved if multiple purchases were made accidentally.
Returns
No Refunds or Returns will apply to Orders. Please be advised I will need any change requests made within 24 hours of verification email being sent otherwise it may get picked up by USPS.

Shipping and Delivery
I cannot guarantee delivery dates. I can only guarantee your items will be shipped by the date/times stated within each individual listing. Delivery is out of my hands and there will be no refunds for late deliveries based on USPS delivery times.
Shipping Note:
In the event an item is agreed to be returned, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned and received in original packaging, original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation. Refunds WILL NOT be issued until the item has been fully received and inspected.

What if I have an old mailing address on file?
While we understand people move, we also know it is easy to look over a previous address when confirming your order. Etsy does show the address multiple times. If you notice the address is wrong edit it during checkout, if you notice the error after please contact me.
While we try to diligently notate all orders with the messages that are received sometimes it is quite difficult to ensure they are always re-verified when shipping labels are printed since they are done in batches.
If you receive notice the item has shipped and it is an order you notified us about, please verify the address it is shipping to, if it is incorrect still on the label notify us immediately to get it changed before the item is picked up.
